Our staff provided a detailed introduction to the technical requirements, process flow, and quality control measures of the TQC full quality management system in each production process to ensure stable product quality.
03 Understand the characteristics of the product and its market application areas
We have specially arranged a visit to our company's cultural exhibition hall. This area displays various products and solutions, and customers can observe our company's products up close and have in-depth communication with our staff. The staff provided customers with a detailed introduction to the characteristics, application areas, and market value of the product, and provided personalized solutions based on their needs.

CIPP UV cured hose is a type of glass fiber material pre impregnated in the factory. During the use stage, the installation of CIPP hose on site must be successful at once, and there is no possibility of repeated operations. Therefore, standardized operation, adjusting appropriate pressure inflation, controlling curing speed, controlling resin heat release, and judging curing degree are all cross industry professional tasks. This type of construction requires technical personnel with various experiences in composite materials, water supply and drainage, and non excavation repair construction to be present.
Product demonstration activities
Product demonstration is a very important process, which not only showcases the strength of the product to customers, but also demonstrates professional and standardized construction processes to customers. It is also the key to building trust in this construction method for customers.
In the first half of the year, as a collaborative organizer, Youwei actively participated in the demonstration activities led by professional equipment suppliers such as XCMG Environment and Siye in Jinan, Zhengzhou, Xi'an, Harbin, etc., and took on the responsibility of providing hose materials and implementing construction demonstrations; As a collaborative organizer, Youwei actively participated in the successful application of CIPP technology in industries such as water construction and water operation companies under Hangzhou Water Group, and jointly promoted product solidification demonstrations and construction specification process lectures, allowing more design and construction units to understand the CIPP UV curing process specification process. And through live streaming, more people can learn about this technology, achieving good market response.
