1. Why is there a demand for non-standard pipe diameters?
With the urbanization construction at different stages, the commonly used drainage pipes in China also have different characteristics. However, long-term exposure to sewage corrosion and the simultaneous bearing of upper, lower, and inner and outer pressures can cause pipe diameter deformation, or the use of pre-treatment techniques before pipeline repair can lead to changes in pipe diameter size, such as the production of steel sleeves for local repair. Under the influence of various factors, There is a deviation between the original data of the pipeline model and the current data of the pipeline diameter model. The pipe diameter data marked on the drawing can only be used as a reference. After the entire pipeline is preprocessed, manual data retesting is required on both ends of the pipeline to be repaired. If there is a certain degree of ellipticity in the pipeline, multi-directional measurements should be taken to determine the true circumference data of the pipeline.
In addition to inspection videos and drawings, the original data source for pipeline repair also requires a review of the true size of the pipeline, reverse calculation of the true inner diameter size of the pipeline, and comprehensive calculation from multiple aspects.
