With the increasing temperature, the construction of UV cured hoses under high temperature conditions in summer requires special attention to the following aspects: control of the product production environment, characteristics of the material itself, protective measures during transportation, and operating standards at the construction site. Here are our detailed controls and precautions:
Temperature sensitivity of production environment
matters needing attention:
High temperature environments can increase the work pressure on production employees; Accelerate the rapid thickening of resin.
Corresponding measures:
1.The production workshop is equipped with a constant temperature working area and good warehouse storage conditions, which exceed the storage requirements of the raw materials themselves。
2.Neat packing, compartment design, considering high-temperature resin flowability, ensuring uniform product thickness。
3.Inventory and finished product area, with storage space in an air-conditioned room with a constant temperature of 25 ℃ or below。
UV sensitivity
note:
Exposure to light may cause some raw materials to fail, thereby affecting the final effect。
Corresponding measures:
1.All production workshops in the factory are kept dust-free and temperature controlled。
2.The lighting fixtures and other equipment in the workshop have undergone photosensitive testing to avoid ultraviolet light。
3.The hose is strictly protected from ultraviolet light from composition to factory production。
WOODEN CASE
Improper packaging in high-temperature areas may result in damage to hoses during transportation, exposure to high temperatures, rain, and water。
Corresponding measures:
1.The interior of the wooden box adopts a layered partition design, considering that each layer of material is stacked evenly and subjected to force to maintain the stability of the hose。
2.The unique square wooden load-bearing beam is selected at the bottom of the box to ensure both the structural strength of the wooden box and the effective distance between the contact surfaces, away from the hot and scalding ground。
3.Use heat-resistant and sunscreen packaging materials。

Transportation during the high temperature season increases the difficulty for both transportation vehicles and units。
Corresponding measures:
1. Purchase cargo protection insurance for each box of goods.
2. Choose reliable transportation partners and provide training and briefing on our material transportation to understand the requirements for material transportation. On the premise of ensuring safety, deliver the materials to the agreed address with guaranteed quality.
3. Choose a time period with lower temperatures in the morning and evening for transportation, avoiding the high temperature period at noon.
4. Use a sunshade or air-conditioned carriage for transportation, keep the carriage dry and ventilated, and avoid light and rain.
Material storage
note:
High temperature and humidity may cause hoses to become damp or catch fire。
Corresponding measures:
1. Store the hose indoors in a dark, dry, and ventilated place, avoiding rain, water ingress, and prolonged exposure to sunlight. High temperatures and direct sunlight can significantly shorten the storage period of the hose. During storage, avoid damage and direct sunlight, and keep it away from heat sources. Control the storage environment temperature between 15-25 degrees Celsius and humidity between 50-60%.
When storing the lined hose on the construction site or outdoors, it must be strictly stored within the temperature range specified in the accompanying documents. Material wooden boxes must be protected from direct sunlight, moisture, and damage; It is not allowed to store wooden boxes of materials in low-lying areas on the ground, and the wooden boxes need to be raised as a whole, with a height of 15 centimeters, and protected with waterproof raincloth (if the outdoor air is humid, wooden boards can be placed on the wooden boxes to separate the materials from the waterproof raincloth, maintain ventilation, and avoid the waterproof raincloth wrapping the damp air and causing the materials to soak in water)

Construction environment control
note:
1. High temperature direct exposure will increase the difficulty of construction and seriously affect the construction quality.
2. How to handle on-site construction in the event of thunderstorms during high-temperature construction.
Corresponding measures:
1. Choose a cool time period or build a sunshade on the construction site.
2. Prepare heatstroke prevention supplies and drinking water on site at all times, and monitor the status of workers at all times.
3. Safety inspection of electricity usage in high temperature environments, prohibiting overloading of electricity and implementing backup measures.
4. Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures and minimize the time the hose is exposed to the outside. Check the hose again for any abnormalities before construction.
5. Ensure that the construction site has a good drainage system. In case of rainy weather, there are backup reverse drainage devices available. Prevent high water levels upstream during rainy weather, which poses a significant safety hazard.
6. Provide temporary coverings for construction materials and equipment to prevent rainwater damage or affect construction progress, and strengthen construction site management.
7. Flexibly adjust the construction plan according to weather conditions to avoid outdoor operations during expected rainy periods.
Operating specifications

High temperature environment and long-term operation of construction equipment pose safety hazards。

1. Regularly check the working status of the UV curing equipment to ensure that it is within the normal temperature range.
2. Backup equipment for emergency prevention.
3. Try to shorten the construction time and improve construction efficiency.

In high-temperature environments, large pipe diameter repairs will be carried out with the assistance of cranes for material cutting, installation, and construction。
Corresponding measures:
1. When lifting, lift slowly and place slowly to avoid damaging materials during lifting.
2. Place the lifting operation diagram and strictly follow the diagram before lifting.
3. In high-temperature environments, special attention should be paid to the protection and integrity of the yellow outer film of the material itself.
