It is understood that the trenchless repair simultaneously adopts two technical means of local lining curing repair and overall lining repair, achieving a true "zero excavation". Specifically, the local repair adopts the local forming technology of felt tube and air bag. Through the CCTV pipeline robot to find the way, the felt tube coated with resin is accurately placed at the point to be repaired, and the air bag is used to make it close to the pipe wall. The resin can be solidified at normal temperature for about 1 hour. It can increase the strength of the pipe to achieve the purpose of repair, and can provide certain structural strength.
The overall repair adopts the currently more advanced UV curing repair technology. During the construction, the hose equipped with UV curing resin is inserted into the original pipe, compressed air is used to expand the resin hose and make it fully close to the old pipe, and then the hose containing UV curing resin is irradiated by special wavelength ultraviolet for 30-50 minutes to curing the hose inside the pipe. Eventually, forming a reinforced fiberglass plastic pipe without seams. The repaired new pipeline can reach or exceed the design performance of the original pipeline, and has the advantages of short construction time, high construction flexibility, durable and practical lining pipe.

At present, according to the special research report of CCTV pipeline structural inspection and pipe network leakage, the construction personnel are using trenchless repair technology to carry out "point-to-point" accurately repair of minor damage, rupture, deformation and other conditions of the drainage pipe network, and strive to complete the trenchless repair work of the drainage pipe network in the main urban area by the end of August.
